Microscope Specification Sheet
You want to look for a microscope that has the following:
- 4X, 10X, and 40X objective lenses (40X is critical), and 10X eyepieces.
- Trinocular for optional camera add on (it is possible to get built in camera)
- Compound LED
- IRIS diaphram – for shadowing organisms – this is critical
Optional microscope add ons:
- Eyepiece with a counting grid reticle
- Camera with PC hook up
- Aluminum case (for safe travel)
